I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Mohammed. Mohammed was finishing his studies to be a civil engineer in Rafah. His home and the small farm that him and his family had were destroyed. He’s now trying to survive with his large family, including many small children, in tents.

Most people aren’t asking you mask at all times.

They ask that you mask in essential places: public transit, hospitals, doctors’ offices, pharmacies etc.

Places high risk people can’t avoid.

But if you hate wearing masks? Then advocate for indoor air quality: ventilation, filtration, etc.

yeah, i think a commitment to public health obligates you to get vaccinated and, when you are sick, do what you can to avoid spreading that to other people. the demand that one mask at all times in public spaces is, i think, unreasonable.

The damage done to your body during a flare up or relapse of an autoimmune condition typically cannot be undone. That means scar tissue IF you can get it under control again, and sometimes what worked to control it previously doesn't work anymore if you relapse.

I just want to add that for people on immunosuppressants, catching covid (or many other things) means they're often directed to stop taking their medication so they can fight off the virus. This risks a relapse of their condition and introduces a host of complications in addition to the covid ones.

🚨 Can anyone following me or who sees this help Wylder get vital dental care for a severe abscess?

In 2023, I had a dental ordeal that DRAINED finances, including an infection that abscessed.

It fucking SUCKS and is SCARY.
