Fun fact about the Salvation Army: they use a form of substance use treatment called work therapy. Oh, and by treatment, I mean they have people who have been convicted of drug charges work for their stores & warehouses in exchange for room, board, around a $1 a week, and minimal actual therapy.

▪ Sekhmet, Mafdet, Hathor, Serqet, and Bastet (5 sisters)
Monochrome of early artwork of Genshin OCs and half-siblings Shuili and Huojin, adepti in training (they share the same adeptus mother). Shuili is a half illuminated beast with the traits of a fox spirit, while Huojin is a full illuminated beast with fox-spirit and huodou traits. Pencil art of Chester/"Chet" and Rachel/"Chel" in their lemur forms. Chet is taller/larger than Chel even when both sitting, but Rachel is still his older sister. There are also some OCs who have those they consider "like siblings" that belong to friends, maybe I'll expand on another time. Otherwise most are only children

I'm saying: Use alt text when you can, don't bully or ostracize those who can't, and pressure coorperations and websites to look into better ways to make providing alt text more accessible for everyone.

It's important to continue talking about this because there are many people on Bsky, who will refuse to engage with art that has no ALT text.
Meaning disabled artists who, for one reason or another, couldn't include it will get less chances to make money to afford a meal. Does this sound accessible?

Friendly reminder that there are other disabilities and villainizing people for not using ALT text isn't going to help anyone.
