I can perfectly notice how everything got more expensive and difficult due to this AI nonsense.
That's why I'm very grateful for the ones who are supporting me on my Patreon.

Everything changed once I got fired.
My stomach got much better than it has ever been. I got very motivated to draw my own art and properly build one of my stories. With plenty of projects for the next year.

This year has been a roller coaster for sure.

This! I would love to focus on my art and especially now that I'm making short comics and building my stories but I have to combine it with other tasks and commissions that help me to earn a basic income in order to live 😭😭😭

I'll keep repeating it til' I'm blue in the face - making comics is actually an exceptionally difficult task. I'm quick as hell but each page I draw represents about 10-20 hours of work from writing to final output. I deserve to be paid for that work.

There's such a disconnect with modern comic book readers, especially Webtoon readers, on how comics are made. People ask me insane questions like 'will this porn comic be on webtoon' or 'can you update twice a week this time' or 'why is this paywalled'.

Y lo peor es cuando vemos que todas las excusas que meten de que no hay presupuesto, que resulta "inviable" contratar a artistas (pero que de mil amores lo harían porque son todos tan nobles y éticos y patatas)... todo eso se cae por su propio peso cuando luego vemos que sí había pasta/plata/guita/💰

Tanto en Casa del Libro como en FNAC España detallan en las características que el libro fue realizado por IA (IA generativa). No pueden decir que desconocían el tema y que «se las colaron.» No tienen excusa alguna más que asumir que les da lo mismo cualquier cosa con tal de hacer negocios.
