maybe going forward ill stop doing things largely in house. like start hiring out for all the interior and formatting and packaging. i like the control but i think im now at the point in my irl career where i cant swing tht much time commitment on top of my dayjob demands.

so thats the real disappointment with this release. i had a lot of plans, a lot of goals, i was going to do arcs and a huge book box, a candle collab, alls orts of shit, but it just cant happen. work is too insane, my life is too insane, and w/o indesign i just cant quickly do things on my own.

ive been at this book shit for long enough to not really care how a book does sales wise, especially at launch, cuz i have fans who will read anything i put out and thats who i care to cater to, but i really, really hate feeling like im doing something sloppily or rushed, and thats how i feel

im still tweaking the cover alignment + interior and i am still not caught up on shit after the insane august i had, so everything is Behind for this publication. it'll drop on the 31st but the hard back might come after that and the book box will be very pared down from wat it was meant to be.
