Found an article on @altnps.bsky.social from January 27, 2017. They've all been fake from the jump. The Twitter account @AltNatParkService even said back in 2017 that they were run by "non-government individuals."

Doubt.

Biden didn't prosecute Trump for Jan 6, and qualified immunity still exists. Dems aren't gonna do shit to fix this if they get elected in 2028, just like they aren't speaking out now.

As for any courts, video is worth way more than a complaint.

ICE in Chicago detained two people (that we know of) for filming them today, a cyclist and a neighborhood rapid responder. This in addition to tear gassing another neighborhood and brandishing weapons at rapid response—both things that have also already been going on for weeks.

Please reach out if you have more info about Joseph William Behling of Manchester NH, previously of Hooksett NH! Allegedly “Marcus NH” of Patriot Front & the New England Active Club, and involved in Patriot Front’s efforts to recruit teens, Behling is potentially a serviceman in the US Navy.

The right sleeve has a pair of patches: the Christian identity flag, and an Appeal to Heaven flag. His right arm is extended outward, and he clutches a cross (with a figure of Jesus crucified upon it) as if attempting to ward something off.
