I've always hated the mindset that all that stops people from pretending to be disabled is labyrinthine checks and rules because the only people who suffer are disabled people, not the mythical amoral hordes you make up
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

We have rules about posting on social media about family in my family but it annoys me when my nanna phones me just because mum hasn't contacted her in a while and she wants to chase her up. Like mums at some kind of blood orgy and not that she works full time
