A Fairy who periodically flies out the woods to show you their new OC, a lewd artwork, an emotionally loaded comic that is most likely a transgender allegory, or something that might as well be anarchist propaganda before disappearing back into the woods to be angry and stress out over deadlines.

Well now, would you look at that?

A massive study of NEARLY 300,000 people in the United States found that receiving an updated 2024-2025 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine REDUCED people’s risk of severe disease AND death in ALL age groups, REGARDLESS of immunity from prior infection or vaccination.

palestinian lesbians once again ✨
{ #art #pride }
Digital art Illustration of two women in a tender embrace in front of a arched window. Both women are Palestinian and wearing elaborately decorated traditional thobes. The woman to the left has a deeper skin tone and a tender smile. Her braided black hair is decorated with silver ornaments towards the bottom.

The woman to the right is wearing a heavy coin headdress that has chains leading down to her waist. Her face has subtle tattoos that match those on her hand.

In the arched window behind them there are palm trees in the distance and foliage that coveres the bottom of the window.

Here is a comic from the late 2010s that got a lot of #adhd tags on tumblr years before I was diagnosed with adhd.

Please remember that the disgust people have over Christopher Columbus is not based on some modern, 21st century “woke” ideology, but rather on contemporaneous accounts of atrocities that make many modern genocides appear quaint in comparison.

Below, are the accounts of Bartlomé de las Casas.
But too many of the slaves died in captivity. And so Columbus, desperate to pay back dividends to those who had in-vested, had to make good his promise to fill the ships with gold. In the province of Cicao on Haiti, where he and his men imagined huge gold fields to exist, they ordered all persons fourteen years or older to collect a certain quantity of gold every three months. When they brought it, they were given copper tokens to hang around their necks. Indians found without a copper token had their hands cut off and bled to death.
The Indians had been given an impossible task. The only gold around was bits of dust garnered from the streams. So they fled, were hunted down with dogs, and were killed. After each six or eight months' work in the mines, which was the time required of each crew to dig enough gold for melting, up to a third of the men died.
While the men were sent many miles away to the mines, the wives remained to work the soil, forced into the excruciating job of digging and making thousands of hills for cassava plants.
Thus husbands and wives were together only once every eight or ten months and when they met they were so exhausted and depressed on both sides... they ceased to pro-create. As for the newly born, they died early because their mothers, overworked and fam-ished, had no milk to nurse them, and for this reason, while I was in Cuba, 7000 children died in three months. Some mothers even drowned their babies from sheer desper-ation.... In this way, husbands died in the mines, wives died at work, and children died from lack of milk ... and in a short time this land which was so great, so powerful and fer-tile... was depopulated... My eyes have seen these acts so foreign to human nature, and now I tremble as I write....

🚨 Emergency Commissions 🚨

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I'm having to stay in my car this week. This should be temporary, but a motel room would be nice to have.

If your solidarity with people facing occupation and genocide is based on how closely they mirror your political outlook then you really don't care about occupation and genocide.

Historical or contemporary.
"Warm" or "Cold".

Fix your malfunction.

But such tests are also very flawed and limited and are not really scientific. They can be a fun little thing to play around with, but you definitely shouldn't follow their results as a gospel. What you are is for you to decide.

I mean, mostly true, but also, I would say that in my case the options listed are still too human to fully represent me. My internal identity kinda oscilates on the RPG character creation triangle between a cute elegant fairy, a horrific demonic beast and a grey ayylmao.

I like how different this is from the usual clean futuristic look of your works. It's very grounded, shows the more mundane part of the character's life.

In the fall of 2009 I stitched a soft-sculpture of wool, cotton, & wire. I wrote a little story about Baba Yaga in the morning feeding her Shacklings.

After 16 years it's still one of my favorite pieces.
I'm delighted to be finally, slowly, finishing this story:

Years ago I went through a phase of putting chicken legs on ... stuff?
Everything I've ever made has always been a bit absurd and self-indulgent.

For example: here is a breakfast radish on legs, which I made of wool and wire.
Photo of an object in front of a plain white background. The object is a soft-sculpture made of wool. It's a breakfast radish in red and white with white roots growing out of the bottom and big leafy dark green leaves growing from the top. It's also in a bird pose and standing on two bright orange chicken legs. It's an odd animal.

Curled Comfort • 2022
Digital illustration in the style of old print. A humanoid child sits on top of a serpentine creature's body. The child gently rests their head on the serpent's neck which is covered in chunky, grayish-blue scales. Both appear comfortable in each other's company.
