Lesenswert vor allem auch wegen der ausführlichen Beschreibung des ekelhaften Verrats, den die schwedische Botschaft an den schwedischen Gefangenen verübt hat: Sie hat Folter und MIsshandlung weitgehend ignoriert, keine Unterstützung geleistet und Öffentlichkeit sowie Angehörige falsch informiert.

Israel has destroyed large areas. It is absurd to claim that all these buildings were mainly used for military purposes and posed an acute danger. Moreover, there are tons of videos by Israeli soldiers showing them destroying empty buildings--and the water supply, cemeteries, simply everything.

One war crime does not justify other war crimes, and certainly not genocide. So what is the point?

The deliberate destruction of civilian infrastructure is not simply something that happens in war. It is a war crime that was expressly prohibited after the horrors of World War II.

I said that Israel pulverized the civilian infrastructure--a war crime in which hostages were killed and buried under rubble. That is why Hamas can't simply hand them over
Anyone who says Israel destroyed the homes of those who started the war is blaming the civilian population for Hamas' war crimes

Al Jazeera is doing videos of the Palestinian releases and they're heart wrenching. One man was detained for over a year and was released to find out that Israel had killed his two kids. The youngest was three. Her birthday would've been on Saturday. He'd made a small bracelet for her in prison.

Waffenstillstand heißt nicht, dass man nicht Nahrungsmittelvorräte oder die Wohnungen, in die man sich einquartiert hatte, anzündet und mit Bildern dieses "Abschiedsgeschenks" in sozialen Medien protzt. Oder dass man beim Truppenabzug keine Kläranlagen zerstört.

No, it is a war crime. Seen in the context of everything else that happened, it is even the crime of crimes: genocide.
