it’s also v telling to me bc he’s literally said before that most of his EP work involves helping people (usually minorities) get things made, but it’s still THEIRS. he doesn’t want control over someone else’s story. so people saying those projects suck is just insulting other artists, not him lmao.

the constant refrain of “this thing taika worked on sucks bc he got lazy/lost interest” is crazy to me bc literally hundreds of ppl work on these things, it’s not like every project needs taika fucking waititi to personally nurse every show from his own bosom for them to be any good
