I switched my healthcare insurance from UHC. The financial investors are suing the company for their profit margin going down, saying that they approve too many medical treatments and procedures. The rich are complaining they don’t make enough, while gambling with lives. #UnitedHealthCare

This is could well be a historic midterm for Democrats.

Don’t waste it on centrists who won’t come through when it matters. Run vocal progressives.

You won’t end Trumpism without anti-corruption crusaders and warriors for social and economic justice who believe in taxes & big, universal programs.
Those claiming Dems should retreat on racial justice aren't hard-headed realists, they're pushing against the electoral tide rather than leaning into it. The story of Gen Z isn't about racist backlash or red-pilled young men. It's the most racially progressive generation in American history. 🧵

Saw some great standup last night. Also saw some dudes just recite some straight up unfunny not-clever hate speech about autistic people, women, and trans people. That didn’t work great in The Grove, which was a small comfort. But damn. Those dudes were flown out and paid to do it.

Shutting down the government is a big deal. People have been hurt in big ways as a result of the decision. To have that suffering be for nothing—to re-open the government without actually having protected people’s health insurance and economic well-being—is unconscionable.

I'm shaking almost too hard to type. I entered SLC airport and heard screams and cries for help. I could see people gathered around, watching. I sped over to discover this woman face down on the floor, four grown men pushing her down, while she cried "HELP ME" and pled for her child.

Democrats sitting here, tweeting and posting to social media instead of creating innovative strategies to stop this draconian nonsense. The GOP did everything in their power to resist Biden’s policies at every level of government they still controlled.
