Health-related quality of life (HRQOL) and mental health were the most extensively studied outcomes, and both were impaired. HRQOL scores ranged from 41.7 ± 11.5 to 48.3 ± 24.5. The prevalence of depression and anxiety varied from 30 % to 36 %, and from 22 % to 62 %.
