Let's play nice. Unnecessarily rude and aggressive people will be blocked.

I have no interest in internet tough guy nonsense.
When you have a owner who doesn't want to spend money to fill out a roster with two generational stars on it you kind of just throw up your hands.
There's a certain layer of facetiousness in pretty much everything I say. But yeah no I don't think he's actually going to win or even come close. He doesn't think he has a chance either

Stephen Miller says that he wants to build a fascist totalitarian police state. Democrats agree that this is what he wants to do. The truth is more complicated.
I'm just assuming this is about the NYC mayor race and i swear to the dear and fluffy Lord that if Curtis Slijwa wins because of a split Dem ticket, I'm boycotting the City for a decade
Only so much baseball you can win with 1 pitcher and trout playing like 120 games at best.

But they will be one of the greatest what if stories in baseball history
I'm very privileged.

I will be able to say i watched many great careers, from the promise and ultimate *almost* that will be Mike Trout's reign as the next Mantle, to watching Aaron Judge defy physics nightly.

But watching Shohei Ohtani play baseball is the kind of magic that defies words.
You've been talking to my dad? Shit
Hey Adam Sandler, come get your boy
I used to play bass actually but nothing ATM
Yes, i think we had this conversation?
You mean the wishful thinking of auctioning off the right to the debris and swinging sledgehammers?

It's a nice idea and it's got some real poetry to it, but i don't think it's realistic
It's probably closer to 50 years, but yes. It's going to take 2 or 3 generations to fix, if it can be fixed
you misunderstand - the question is not whether it's possible (it is). It's not even whether it's *probable* (it is).

It's whether it's legal. (it's not)

And for those of us who dedicated our adult lives to the rule of law? This shit is just really hard to grok.
I could spend an hour going through the intentional damage done to public education in this country in order to create a generation or 2 of incurious and apathetic voters. Possibly several hours
Perhaps so, which I'd agree is a derlicition of their duty as journalists. And I'd further agree there's far too much of that going on.
but like, how does it look with a bass over your shoulder?
you're an attorney and you don't think explaining direct attacks on the Constitution has an educational benefit?
i don't disagree with the sentiment, but i think that it's a bad idea to waste EVEN MORE TAXPAYER MONEY dismantling whatever they end up building (assuming anything gets built) and restoring the East Wing.
this seems like a great time to remind everyone that Donald Trump funded - at least in part - his legal defense by taking donations from everyday Americans.

I don't think he's due a refund by any measure, but if one is given, shouldn't his donors get THEIR money back?
How many Steves we got here?
I love that movie and De Niro is a big reason why (Ricky Jervais as well)
the Spurs have plenty of titles. including 1998-99, which was SUPPOSED TO BE THE KNICKS YEAR dangit.
I feel like Dennis Miller would've written this joke before 9/11 and his turn to the dark side.
This is Jack's surprised face😐
