I've decided my stance is: people don't need to believe in ghosts, per se, but belief is not a prerequisite for "zeitgeists" or spirits of the age to exist.

CPAP strong (and, yes, it is totally a sign of strength to admit you need help) for 15 years and counting. Huge quality of life improvements over that time largely thanks to better sleep.
