You can disagree and argue as much as you like but the point of evaluating something scientifically is that not every statement should be given equal credence because evidence matters
JD Vance: "Science as practiced in its best form is that if you disagree with it, then you ought to criticize it and you ought to argue against it."

Trump's art school, building ballrooms.
even Ingraham, who is professionally obligated to treat Trump's every utterance as both true and fascinating, looks 1/2 gobsmacked, 1/2 bored

Hard as they tried, the so-called best and brightest minds of the right could never determine precisely when — or by what curious influence — their younger followers had turned to a harsher, more fanatical strain of their own bigotry.

They certainly tee'd up a perfectly cromulent path forward for themselves. But the reaction from the former writer is also weird because, in film, we've established it's a rebooting timeline. We're not really meant to believe Daniel Craig is the same bond as Connery, so what's the fucking problem?
The solution is already there in 'No Time to Die'

Furious Liberals Call for Schumer to Step Aside, Senate Dems Mostly Quiet
After their shutdown surrender, liberal lawmakers are begging their base to unite behind them anyway – as Trumpland celebrates that their opposition is a bunch of 'p*ssies.'

After yesterday’s surrender, we’re launching the largest Democratic primary program that we’ve ever run.

We will not back any Senate primary candidate unless they call for Schumer to step down as Minority Leader.

If you’re as pissed as we are, join this campaign to rebuild the Democratic Party. 👇
Democratic leaders have failed us again. It's time to get new leaders.
After yet another capitulation by Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats, it's clear we need new leadership capable of mounting a serious opposition to Trump's authoritarian regime. We're launching our la...

Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

It’s clear he no longer controls the whip.

This means he’s an ineffective leader.

It’s time for new leadership.

And those who voted for this need to have all their positions striped from them and those running in the future need to be primaried.

Those 8 idiots just undermined everything.

It was already going to be hard for 2026 congressional Dems to make a credible case on affordability - they simply can't promise much they'll be able to deliver while Trump is still president. All they had is being a check on Trump & Senate Dems just undercut that, too. Come ON.

It’s increasingly clear these Schumer isn’t a wartime consiglieri.

The Dems need to
1. Pick a stronger leader (Warren, Baldwin, Padilla, etc)

2. Remove these 8 “moderates” from all positions and committee seats.

3. Primary those running again

Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.
