I see so many videos of many hummingbirds sharing feeders but our resident hummingbird guards our feeder and chases off other hummingbirds.
Is it migratory vs non-migratory birds behaving differently?

Unfortunately, another big rainstorm, fueled by an atmospheric river targeting British Columbia this weekend before it dips toward Washington by Monday. The orientation of the moisture plume will be different, putting new rivers in the crosshairs.
