Any Government worth a dime would ensure that every one of its citizens has access to healthcare. Not insurance, but actual healthcare. A Government is only as healthy as its citizenry, & boy howdy is the U.S. Government sick.

I'm behind on podcast listening so I just got to the reprise of @greatesttrek.com's episode covering "Mudd's Women". I really appreciate that some new edits found their way into the episode, & they didn't just slap a new intro/outro onto it. "Crystals!" is always a delightful drop to hear.

Donnie & his team of sycophants are out claiming their lies are facts, & that facts don't need proof. I encourage all news outlets to refer to such moments in the only way that will get the truth out. By saying, "Trump (or [member of Trump team]) lied today about the following actual facts:..."

It took less than 12 hours for me to hear a Dem representative say, completely ignoring the results in NYC, that "reaching across the aisle" is what won the day yesterday. Reaching across the aisle in this case being code for "meeting people halfway on hate speech", so... maybe stop that?

Leaders of the Democratic Party, for the love of all things, please let Mamdani's win be a clear sign that we want you back on our side. You moved right of Center on us, but we want you back, with us, at least a little on the Left, where people actually care about other people, not just themselves.

Dumb thing I'm a little upset about today: the fact that we consistently reference "ask not what your Country can do for you, ask what you can do for your Country" as profound wisdom. If you just get from that "stay politically involved" okay sure... but our Country SHOULD be doing a lot more for us

Ok, so are we in a media blackout from the rest of the World, or is the rest of the World happy to let our president commit International crimes against humanity? Because I've not heard about any moves by World leaders, but again that could be a "State controlling the media" situation, so....

There are a lot of things to be legit angry about in my Country currently. A thing that I'm illegitimately angry about is that my 3DS has decided to stop recognizing cartridges, or refusing to load their data when it does recognize one. Yes this thing is 10 years old, still angry it's not working.

All the people involved in blowing up the boats, from the person pressing the button up to every person that passes down the order, are committing international crimes. The U.S. government is far too corrupt to do anything about it, the International Community will have to step in. This has to stop.

Pros & cons of this weekend:
Pro: got the covid vaccine
Con: combining Covid & flu vaccines takes me out of commission for a day (had a temp of 99.9 at one point)
Pro: watched several episodes of Star Trek: TOS so I could stay ahead of @greatesttrek.com's coverage.

The rest of the World will step in at some point, right? There is no question that our monster-in-chief is committing International crimes. Crimes for which there are laws that fit (unlike Kevin Uxbridge's actions).
The President is announcing more extrajudicial killings today.
A reminder that the administration has provided no limiting principles and these killings are completely untethered from the law (there was no "armed attack," there's no "armed conflict," and these aren't "unlawful combatants").

Question: if I were to create a kickstarter for my "superheroes in DnD" sourcebook, would you be interested supporting it? A kickstarter would go a long way in giving me the motivation to create a 5.5 compatible version, & make it so I could pay for artwork, BUT only if it actually is of interest.
