Oh if you can’t afford normal price therapy, I highly recommend Open Path, it’s a $65 membership fee that’s good for life, and then therapy sessions are $40-80 depending on your therapist

Ooohhh yea I get that, especially if you don’t have the space to have your own space, maybe try implementing some rules or getting some things to lower the stimulation, like noise cancelling headphones? Sometimes I don’t even realize how overstimulated I am by the every day noise in my house

Like drawing my book burned me out for a year or two, when I finally felt better and wanted to work on my next thing, I reeeally did not want to make it another comic, so I wrote a chapter book

I don’t have much advice, cus mines always been a mixture of burn out and depression, so meds help me, but I suggest identifying what has burned you out

Mine doesn’t get quite as bad cus I know what burns me out the most now, and I avoid those things or limit them
