Who cares about catching 'em all? It's more important to just look the part when it comes to a Nintendo cosplay collab event!

Super Mario Bros. 40th Anniversary Wallpaper

While it's not the genesis of the Mario IP, it did establish the fantastical world of the Mushroom Kingdom on which 40 years of subsequent stories and adventures were built. So here's a gathering of Mario characters to celebrate!
A large gathering of Mario characters from various games.

All of these illustrations were reused in the manuals for the games' respective handheld remakes, except those of Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 2, which were replaced for SMB Deluxe and SM Advance with new artworks and recreations, respectively.

Hmm, this should be translated from English, not Spanish.

About time this classic was focused on here.

Well, speaking of gaming PCs, I have imagined my own concept for a fictional, classic-style gaming PC manufactured by Nintendo. I introduced it to the site just last month and will discuss it further later.

This year marks a number of major anniversaries in Nintendo, so let me present you an idea for a fictional Nintendo product that I came up with a few years ago: a PC that plays classic games from Nintendo and its partners, called the Nintendo Personal Computer Entertainment System, or NPCES.

Having the soundtracks to both the original AND the remake made available on the same day? That would be too much for me.

Looks like Charlie is getting better treatment from you here than from any of his masters in the LT cartoons he appears in.

If the Virtual Boy games absolutely MUST be brought back, at least have their graphics updated with the 6-bit RGB palette, so that ALL THREE colors of lights are covered!

Very stellar scores! And with Galaxy getting its own (loose) movie adaptation in seven months, there couldn't be a better time to port those games to the Switch.

Would starting such a division mean that the UK would start consistently getting its own separate localizations of Nintendo games, instead of reusing those of Nintendo of America as it has for so many years?

And here it was apparent people would be driving you crazy over that at this point, Joey! Not that your patience is easy to try or anything...
But in fact, I can say it's understandable that we'd do that. None of the world's great comic series were delayed as long as your series has been.

Quite a few firsts in Mario shown here. The bros.' first fortress (not to end a world), first flight-granting power-up, first Dry Bones... and one of their first hidden secrets! What an amazing take on a classic moment in franchise history!
