Then a lot of the issues that we have now can never be fixed. "America bad" doesn't mean no more America, It could mean understanding the US' part in making the issues that are issues now and needing to reconcile that and start recovery.

Inuyasha was the first one that I saw that I knew was anime. Reason is that I was born into nerdom and as a kid there was no difference. To me, TMNT, Pokemon, Animaniacs, Cardcaptors, and even the Looney Toons were the same type of thing. Just animated shows.
