Don't know what this person does, but having worked in higher ed or higher ed adjacent jobs for 15 years it is abundantly clear that is not their professional experience, cause this scenario is dead ass a total fantasy.
I think filling the top ranks of our education system with people who got there in part by abusing a system designed to help disabled people will select morally deficient people for leadership positions in our society and is worth taking steps to avoid bsky.app/profile/padr...

I'm a program officer for two library grants and no one outside of academia knows what a program officer is and they go "oh so you're a librarian? You do seem like a librarian." And I nod and smile even though I haven't been one in 6 years cause who cares, basic message received, ❤️ libraries.
What’s the worst question someone can ask after you tell them your profession? For linguists, it’s definitely “how many languages do you speak?”, but I’m curious what else is happening to the rest of y’all out there?!
