a carton of oatly barista blend oat milk, listed for $4.79 on the shelf a carton of the exact same product outside of the cold dairy section, listed for $5.79 in the same store the two products side by side - they are identical and in identical volume but have /two separate upc codes/ my final ringup for the cheaper of the two, coming in at $4.99 - neither of the listed prices

About a month ago, the Trump administration got rid of the de minimis exemption, whereby packages valued under $800 could slide in without import duties. Now there's a backlog as the government can't process all of this paperwork, leading to UPS just destroying packages
