Salah is a mere passenger and age has caught up with him, should have released him. The form of last season has continued this season also.
Slot has put his stamp on this team and spent big, if it fails it'll cost him his job.

Let's be honest this was in the making just after Christmas last season.

I actually have no idea what I said to upset him that much. I'd hate to be his partner, must be a nightmare when she wants to watch a different TV channel.
Yep and when it shapes up like it's looking like, we'll see what the next stage of the project brings us.

£700m wowzers.
BTW that striker has hit the ground running whilst established team members are trading water. Seems the structure and everyone knowing the jobs they're asked to do doesn't run that deep? Thats on the coach.
Incorrect over three season they've had a net spend of £50m. The point youre getting away from is despite losing £200m of players in summer, thyre still plodding away at the same system, structure, everyone knows their jobs. We're making excuses because our MF don't understand our striker.
Little old Nournemouth sold £200m worth of players in the summer btw, same as every other summer. The remember we where a relagation team doesn't wash anymore. Bournemouth, Fulham came from the championship let's not forget.
Another post blocked before that one, not sure who it was
Well I seen McDonald and Alan Gowling from the terraces so I've seen the shite in my time, but you showing gifs what my grandson watches says more about your intellect than mine😉do better ye daft sausage.
These teams are on a shoestring it's a given we finish above these teams, weve spent £700m on players btw. These are well drilled and know there jobs, pretty solid as well. Good coaching does this.
Burn removed from the team replaced with Trips or Krafth at Full back. He shouldn't be a starter in any position from now on and fazed out BTW. Joelinton only played in the against the bigger teams when we need power, he offers zero on a creative side. I'd hook Gordon and play Elanga LW.
I'm saying the link up between our midfield and front three looks no different to last season. We got away with it abit last season tbh. We rely on our wingers playing that triangle, weve been sussed out massively, more so when our wingers are awful.
Load of bollox pal, the striker isn't the problem. The lack of any cohesion and intensity is. Nick isn't working? Could you elaborate on this🤯
Using a spongebob gif as debate? Think I'm talking to a GB News avid watcher here tbh.
You see finishing above Bournemouth, Palace, Brighton and Fulham as the benchmark?
You haven't answered my question about why you think the team hasn't clicked? You're solely saying it's the new players when everyone knows it isn't. Please be constructive and stop the happy clapping, we look to build not drop back after spending £250m. Please do better.
You're talking teams on limited budgets here btw.
£700m spend on players.
That lot down the road have a whole new team and are coached to play in a certain system and it's worked. Tell me what is our system and style of play?
Woltemade has hit the ground running, youre mainly talking Elanga. The rest are a so called well oiled machine who look devoid of ideas, no creativity, poor tram selection, no style of play. You make out this is an overnight thing, when in reality it's been there a while just waiting to happen.

This dropping of points at the end of games is on Howe- so many times this season we have been either winning (Arsenal) or looking to at least get a point (Liverpool and today and other games) and we blow it because Howe is shit at managing games like elite managers in PL do. Frustrating. #NUFC
Tonalis athleticism has bailed us out from beginning of last season, before that we endured Longstaff, Miley and Bruno. The turn around was purely down to Tonali and his pace stopping this.
We've always been done by a straight ball through the middle, whether long ball or threaded. I mean these are hardly Messi like genius passes either, just head up find between the lines. Our lines are so far apart.
We've been like this from two seasons ago only exception is Tonalis athleticism which has bailed us out. We leave far too much space, always have always will. Teams have sussed us out.
What players we talking here? Joelinton? Gordon? Barnes? Burn? Pope?
