In the medium-range restaurants we frequent (mostly Indian, SE Asian etc.) vegetarian dishes are ~$15 and non-veg ~$20. Premium for lamb. Persian food is a little more than that for the meat dishes.
Fine dining side dishes I couldn't tell you--the places we tend to go have prix fixe menus.
