So much online is ragebait (partially why I'm screenshotting and not linking), but in baking as in art, make what *you* want to make and take joy in that. It won't be everyone's cup of tea and that's the beautiful thing about individual preference.

Couple of highlights from this week’s food: a carrot pie from B Dylan Hollis, and a pasta con ricotta (with brocc) from David Rocco. Both delightful, will absolutely make both again!

I'm so angry about the statement from Raya Golden on GRRM's website denying (or at least disclaiming knowing) that the illustrations for the 20th anniversary edition of A Feast For Crows were made with AI that I ran all of the images available though Hive Moderation's online AI content detector. 1/
