As someone who works with patients who have substance use disorder (SUD) if the government ACTUALLY cared about drugs they would provide free, easily accessible healthcare, destigmatize mental healthcare, improve social supports, and create free, quality detox programs and sober living homes.
Fentanyl and coke are the new “weapons of mass destruction” lie. It’s Iraq all over again, folks. It’s always about controlling the oil.

Thursday: Target to lay off 1800 corporate jobs
Monday: Amazon to lay off 30,000 corporate jobs
Tuesday: UPS to lay off 48,000 operations and management jobs

You'd think with all these layoffs, CEOs and CFOs and COOs would also be fired. Alas.

centrists will tell you to your face that we all need to abandon identity issues, and focus on kitchen table issues instead and yet when a leftist candidate runs a generational campaign based on kitchen table issues, it's the centrists weaponizing identity politics to smear the leftist.

In the present day, it’s easy to take maps for granted. But to make a #map useful, you have to decide what to keep in and what to leave out—which #mathematical equations to use. Mathematician Paulina Rowińska takes us on a journey through the math at the heart of all kinds of maps. buff.ly/pl6aJ1h

Firefox and Chrome. Worked first on Chrome. askits at nyu dot edu wrote back fast when I contacted them yesterday near midnight.
Clearing the cache worked for me (fingers crossed that solution wasn't just a one-off)
Signing out of Outlook didn't help; I was still blocked.
Yes -- wrote to IT -- they said to clear the cache and that seemed to solve the problem, at least for now.
