For whatever reason, whiskey sets off whatever wheat related allergy I have. Found a distiller that does it from pure rice and figured I’d grab a bottle or two to try.
Don’t drink as much these days but would be nice to have for rare recipes that could use it too.

Closed 3 new deals this week. A few years back, I'd have been pretty happy with this.
Nowadays I just kind of groan at dealing with it all. I think 5-6 years of running the same company has me bored to tears.
Even the programming bits no longer bring joy, which is surprising to me.
