Get vaccinated against COVID & mask up (especially in healthcare facilities, pharmacies, on transit).

(COVID is very dangerous for folks with cancer & also increases cancer risk.)

It’s POTS Awareness Day!

People with POTS are often misdiagnosed with “anxiety”.

It can take 7-10 years to get a proper diagnosis.

Since visibility on this is a really big challenge I just wanna say that I still mask in public spaces. I wear a mask when around anyone who doesn’t practice similar precautions. If you do too, you are not alone and I appreciate you so much. If you don’t, you can *always* start again.

That’s what happened with my immunoglobulin and fecal microbiota transplant in the US. Didn’t actually get access to the treatments until I was on the brink of death and wouldn’t survive another month without it 🥲
