I don't care if I'm being petty; I am never forgiving them for tearing this down. No matter how many times I saw it, it was absolutely magical every single time, preshow and all. And it was the last thing Jim Henson worked on before he died, which made it extra special to me. 😭

...why did they have Shaggy at the parade singing a song about cheating on your partner while claiming once caught that you were not cheating? I do enjoy the song, but for a family-oriented parade about celebrating Thanksgiving???

I loved this nighttime parade. It'll never be as good as The Main Street Electrical Parade, but it did have good music and gorgeous floats. My favorites were the peacock float and huge Chernobog float with the wings that opened and closed.

Trying to watch the Macy's parade (I dvr it so I can just focus on it when my brain isn't mush) and I sound like an owl while they rattle off all the performer/celeb names. "Who? Who? Who? Who? Who?" 😭 Occasionally there's one or two I know, but jeezuz...
