If young people don’t get organised against all the contractors muscling in, to Government & local councils, (without care but profit). From National Public Services. In their old age, they will be scrapped like Govs are scrapping the elderly & disabled. Young people do get old. Some become disabled

It only benefits rich patients. Using private health care. Poor patients aren’t helped much at all. But used in experiments. Tories cut staff. Those left, overworked & underpaid.
Referring patients to private health clinics who chuck them out too soon.
NHS needs funding, & organising conscientiously

But he has conned millions of Americans.

Important point about clearly speaking the language of whatever Nation, in this case England, u want to work in. Especially if desiring jobs in ‘care’ industry’s. For Good understandings, conscientiousness expansion, & Proficiency.
To reduce the burdens of misunderstandings for recipients of ‘care’.

● this only applies to some people on skilled visas
● it's not "A level English" it's something called SELT
● much the same requirement exists elsewhere in EU
