Another day another post jerking a certain driver on r/f1. I really should stop looking at that sub until the season starts. It’s pretty good with news links bc it bans the worst outlets but people have nothing to talk about during the off-season

Anyways, it is what it is. I don’t even mind the result that much, other than it wasn’t Oscar, but I’d mentally prepared myself for this since Baku more or less. Sometimes we need to stop thinking of the championship as who’s the best but rather a summary of what happened this season.

Charles and Lewis are an exceptional teammate pairing. and as we saw today, they can both perform with a car that has the pace. and while i do think Lewis is not what he once was as most drivers tend to drop off with age, he is still great.

Youtube told me about Aonishiki so I’ve disappeared into a sumo rabbit hole for the weekend. Anyways, glad I didn’t follow the Qatar GP because I distinctly recall checking my livesports app, seeing him in P1 at like 3:50am, and going to sleep feeling so certain he’d be fine

Because I watch sports content on youtube I get pushed a lot of gambling ads. Won’t lie, sometimes the odds are a bit tempting with bookies that definitely know less about the sport than I do, but thankfully sports also gives us upsets often enough that I’m more often glad that I didn’t place a bet
