If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.

Turning this settings off will not affect apps and features using cloud AI technologies. Text and image generation Windows and anyone using this device can use Text and image generation.

These platforms keep getting more expensive, a lot of their titles are available on PC, and current technological advancements, especially in graphics, are giving diminishing returns. I've already skipped the last couple of generations of PlayStation/Xbox, so I'll most likely skip this one too.

With how expensive these platforms already are, the diminishing returns of technological advancements, especially graphics, and I've always been more of a PC gamer, I don't think I'll ever buy either of these systems, I'll just see if I can get a good deal on the Switch 2.

YouTube is now forcing automatic dubbing on the videos of some channels like mine. If you don't want this shit on your own videos, go to your YouTube Studio > Settings > Upload defaults > Advanced settings, and check off the "Allow automatic dubbing" box.

Not only do I not like the robotic/AI voices of the auto dubs, but the automatic translations can also get some words or phrases wrong! I don't care if I don't understand anything, if I wanna watch a video in a foreign language, I wanna hear a human doing a silly voice, damn it!
