It's not hard. You vote for your best pick candidates in the primaries, and vote against Republicans in the general. But some people put their individual feels over harm reduction for millions. They will continue to think this was a 'brave choice' when they get loaded into the train car.

I have to wonder if the massive hate poured on the dem party from the left will influence the voting for more progressive dems.
While some leftists do pay attention, I would bet some more casual leftists use the rehtoric as an excuse to avoid voting all together.

THEY DID IT. EVERY SENATE DEMOCRAT just voted on an amendment to DEFUND ICE (rescind the BBB slush fund that keeps ICE open during a shutdown.) This amendment failed, but it shows broad support! KEEP CALLING and make it a demand to vote for the DHS funding bill!!
👀 Every Senate Democrat + Collins and Murkowski just voted for the Bernie Sanders amendment to repeal the $75 billion in additional ICE funding under Trump’s “big beautiful bill.” The measure failed 49-51.
