Rewatching EXECUTIONERS OF SHAOLIN which features Pai Mei (played by Lieh Lo). I love how in KILL BILL there's a little joke fight move where the Bride kicks his crotch and he catches her foot with his groin but in this film it's his MAIN MOVE. He defeats everyone with the grab crotch. #filmsky

The loss of Tagawa led me to the Wiki for “Planet of the Apes” (‘01), which led to the info that prior to Burton, we nearly had a reboot in the ‘90s from the “Dead Calm” team starring Schwarz, but it fizzled because a Fox exec insisted they add a scene where Arnie teaches apes how to play baseball?!
