I’m 63. I suspect those born in western democracies within several years of me (+/-) have experienced the best years of human existence. I credit FDRs New Deal for much of this - the ND laid the foundation for the creation of a ‘middle class’, the 1st time in history that a majority of citizens 1/?

Poilievre, & most other modern conservatives, approach politics not from a data-driven reality, but from a pseudo religious belief in their personal ideological righteousness. There’s no opportunity for learning or evolving in that space. As such, they must never be permitted to form governments.

I feel as though there should be a law that says if Pierre Poilievre gets defenestrated as CPC leader in January then he has to move to Battle River—Crowfoot and live there until the next election because I think this would teach everyone involved an invaluable lesson about shenanigans.

We just dug 1’ of earth, wood chips & chicken shit out of our 10’ x 20’ chicken coop. Have to install a new ‘subfloor’ to prevent predators from getting in. When we finished I came in & blew my nose. It was a combination of earth, wood chips & chicken shit.
