INFLATION.
Because I had to make a lot of repairs from a water leak, I got exposed to the extreme inflation that's going on. PVC parts have almost doubled. Talking to the the plumbing supply desk, copper and other parts have gone up 40%.

And then we go to the grocery store... 12-20% increases.
