Had a streamer in the background playing Kid Icarus Uprising for the 3DS which I've never played before. To my trained eye, it kinda looked like a more adventure based Virtual-On... which honestly sounds sweet! Icarus was even holding his weapon kinda how Temjin does.

It’s fairly hard to find much information on this title online. I don’t think this manga saw a Japanese release.
I’ve never owned a manga in American comic book dimensions before so this is pretty cool!

Besides the toku show I'm watching, I'm also sprinkling in some anime. This time I'm watching Magic Knight Rayearth for the first time. I've known of it forever, but never jumped in.
I have to say, this anime so far has been incredibly fun! Epitome of 90s anime, which is very cozy.

Booted up the first two episode of Space Sheriff Gavan! I've yet to really delve into the Metal Heroes subgenre/brand of tokusatsu, but I know how important this specific series is to the larger fandom.

Watching Wingman reinvigorated my interest in tokusatsu and I'm debating my next series to watch. This time I feel like I should watch something classic and maybe super foundational to the genre. Thinking maybe Gavan.

I'm still adjusting to the time change. I find I'm tired earlier in the evening, but I wake up early as heck in exchange. So it kinda fixed my sleep schedule 😅

Finished Soul Hunter. It was an interesting shonen set in a ancient China world where immortals and humans exist. Besides the more usual shonen fights, it has some interesting political intrigue that I did not expect. Also sudden character deaths. Overall a 7/10.
I've taken a slight break gaming and instead have been watching anime again. Mostly the new Digimon Beatbreak and an older one called Soul Hunter (1999).
