If you like first-person perspective dungeon crawlers, don't skip Shining the Holy Ark. It was extremely challenging and my favourite Saturn game so far, even though the only other one I've finished is Shining Wisdom 👀 I hope you enjoy my thoughts! youtu.be/RE09ttwZN_8

I feel like the little bit of awkwardness is worth the end result of having the stream vibes you want. It might be a bit uncomfortable setting down a boundary about it, but in the long run, I think you'll put something in motion with your community that will come out net positive in the end.
It's all good! Hopefully it's just the TV. I was so relieved when I plugged in a CRT and suddenly had my skill back. Good luck!
Join me at noon EDT on Twitch for @retrobitgaming.bsky.social's Ball and Brawl Bundle. River City Basketball and River City Fighting Legend are being physically released outside of Japan for the first time and are available for pre-order until October 19th: retro-bit.com/river-city/
Something similar happened to me when I plugged my old consoles into a flat screen. There was so much delay, I thought all my skills from my younger years had dried up. If you're playing on a flat screen, try to find settings to bring the input lag down as much as possible. "Game mode" usually helps
I will be back to Resident Evil on Sunday at 7:30 pm EDT. I've lost count of the number of times I've panicked so far but I'm having fun!
The impressive setup for @hungrygoriya.bsky.social's first ever playthrough of Resident Evil 1. Including actual physical fog!
Oh yes, that is an immovable, unshakeable constant.

Yeah! That and the new version of Bubsy 3D are a big draw for me. I tried out the Game Boy version of Bubsy II and it was certainly a time...
Nice! There are some pretty cute things in the collector's physical edition of the game.
Tonight starting at 7:30 pm Eastern, I'll be firing up Bubsy in: The Purrfect Collection. I'm excited to see this series reach a new generation. Thanks for the key, @atari.com!

My mom taped all her episodes so I have them on VHS but not with the cool covers. This is awesome!
This little guy is huge compared to Dr. Robotnik!

If I were to ask for the most difficult OG Game Boy game, what's your rec?
He's such a beast! I'm sure he could've taken out Robotnik no problem.

This is always the situation I picture in my head whenever I think of that hideous Black Belt Sega Master System cover, compared to the Japanese version xD
Oh nooooo! I love the Japanese artwork. This is my first time seeing it!
I played through Kung Fu Kid this week and enjoyed it. Before that, I always confused it with Black Belt and The Ninja on the Master System. I'm not sure it tops Alex Kidd in Shinobi World, but Kung Fu Kid's worth playing if you want a straightforward and challenging game.
Why not give it a try sometime? I'm very biased of course since I've never streamed with one, but I love how the focus is on the game and not on me. Sorry you have to deal with these kinds of comments. 💜
I played it for the first time last year and loved the job system. Following it up not long after with Final Fantasy V was a treat. I hope you enjoy your adventure with it.
