Whe. People have had a stroke. They often recover much of the motor function when they are doing well. When there is a new stress on the system, line sleep deprivation or an infection. The old deficits come out again. Called, Recrudescence. Looks like this.

Two thirds of the 1800 immigrants held at Alligator Alcatraz in July have disappeared from the ICE database, leaving no way for family members or their attorneys to contact them. Noone knows where they are or what happened to them. This should be a huge story in the media.
