As this vote moves to the House, I stand with Democratic leadership as they refuse to rubber stamp the full-scale Republican assault on Americans’ health care and I am proud of the majority of Senate Democrats who opposed this vote.

It's striking how so many judicial opinions issued this week have called DOJ/BP/ICE out on their blatant lies. This is highly unusual, and incredibly important. Judges don't usually use the word "lie" - they tend to soften the term to misrepresentation or whatev. But nope - they're being called lies
