What pisses me off is that people automatically assume I can't take care of myself and all I eat is garbage. No, I eat well and manage myself well... when I'm not actively killing myself working. If I am working all ability to take care of myself just dissipates. #actuallyautistic #DID

I'm so sick of people thinking they're entitled to a child if they don't want a disabled one. My parents had kids because that's what they were told to do. I am autistic. They got it diagnosed then proceeded to ignore it and dismiss me when it caused me pain. I'm 22 and directionless.

2spirit is NOT a modern identity adopted by Indigenous people but a reclamation of pre-colonial identities and roles that were suppressed by colonialism. Historically, Two-Spirit people held important social, spiritual, and ceremonial roles, often revered as having unique perspectives and wisdom.

Also, my ancestors are Irish and Danish. My bloodline was torn apart and sewn back together with the guts of my culture. My family was ripped from their home and put in settlement camps to work after being starved in the Irish famine, likely after trying to feed themselves. We didn't do shit lol
