Why is sex-as-punishment or sex-as-suffering elevated as art, but as soon as you see characters having sex for the pure pleasure of it, it's immediately dismissed? Why do we have so many graphic depictions of sexual assault and sexual trauma and so very few of sexual fulfillment? Rly makes u think

There’s a glut of queer SFF compared to what was out there even ten years ago, but my tastes have become so specific that it’s still difficult for me to find anything that aligns with what I want to read lolsob

Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

Having to constantly be on the lookout for misinformation, disinformation, and AI slop is exhausting. Makes me wonder if being uninformed is safer.
