When I went to Spain in 1969, I was astounded to see Francisco Franco’s picture on every denomination of coin. Every town’s main boulevard was named Avenida de Generalísimo Franco. In the DR Rafael Trujillo renamed Santo Domingo Ciudad Trujillo. How close are we to renaming Washington Trump City?
