Opening tomorrow, Masha Biryukova's project traces the city's cinema past through old sounds and images.

The work explores familiar and half-forgotten fragments of Aberdeen's cinema history in an intimate, solo viewing format.

It’s terrible that festivals like Take One Action have nowhere to stop in Aberdeen.

His Majesty's Theatre has announced four shows for 2026-2027, led by Cove Actually, a Doric language reimagining of Love Actually set in Aberdeen.
The lineup also includes the all-male comedy ballet company Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo, plus touring productions of Annie and Dirty Dancing.
