Yeah. I’m not one of the people who are put off by the symbol tbc, and it’s like… the problem was authoritarianism, not communism. Still, this authoritarianism was done in the name of communism, which creates an emotional baggage for some people that I am sympathetic to.

When their meeting was attacked by a group of white men, the confrontation left one white man dead. In response, white mobs, joined by federal troops, launched a days-long assault on the Black community, killing well over 100 Black men and women.

There’s actually plenty of guys on the authleft who non-stop talk about a revolution while the only thing they do to bring it about is posting about how it will look like and who will be sacrificed (of course not them, they’re going to be the leaders), and it’s generally pretty easy to spot them.

I’m not past 40 but I have struggled with existential death anxiety and still struggle with it to a degree. I think what would help me if the topic weren’t so taboo. I think death being more normalised would probably make it easier to cope with for me.
