Meillä Suomessa on tämä sama, paitsi että tehdään vasta sitten kun teho-osastot ovat täynnä, valmiuslaki käytössä ja hoitajat pakkotöissä. Ja sittenkin kun nämä kevyemmät toimet on otettu, otetaan maskit (ja vain kirurgiset!) suosituksena, ettei mene vain liioittelun/ylireagoinnin puolelle.

Article that reads: Graded exercise therapy should not be recommended for patients with post-exertional malaise. Knowledge about the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of post-exertional malaise is rapidly evolving in people living with long COVID. Landmark research showed that exercise in people living with long COVID is significantly associated with abnormal immune and metabolic responses to exercise in skeletal muscle compared with healthy control participants. Therefore, graded exercise therapy should not be recommended for people living with long COVID and post-exertional malaise.
