It feels like they are running to the right of even the Tories on immigration, and ignoring all the stuff that would actually help people, as you say. Tax the ultra rich and invest that money in public services. That would be a vote winner, no?

When we lived in Scotland, a guy came to the house about this. He came across as well dodgy, so I said no.

I also felt that our house was better ventilated than my parents down the road. They’d had insulation installed in 80s. The houses were well-built with double brick walls.

If I have one tip for people coming to Scotland, it’s this - slow down. Take the back roads. Don’t rush from the airport or the ferry to get up north.

There’s so much to see on the way. Here’s Forres, Dundee, Fife, and Angus.

Mutual, feeling that Starmer is running away from the issues that core Labour voters need sorting : nationalise water co's, energy co's ( simple stuff like readjusting cap mechanism which will lower prices), tax the ultra rich, even a raise in fuel duty is needed

Tommy Robinson police stop unlawful, court hears. Headline on BBC News web site. This is wholly misleading. It was Robinson's lawyer who said the stop was unlawful, not the court. The court will rule on the case on 4th November.

Overall, it's the 27th approval of a major natonal infrastructure project since Labour came to power.

As you'd expect the BBC reporting on this had a local resident complaining, while also suggesting local 'officials' are unhappy quote a local councillor saying it's 'climate madness'. Yawn!
