I think not. Ya'll want us to spend tax dollars on manpower to hunt for bodies of children. You can get a loan to make some improvements. The state may even help with that. Pool resources. Safety regulations aren't where to cut corners.

Sociopathy is not a character flaw. It's not fully understood, but brain scans of living persons diagnosed with extreme lack of empathy, sadism, & narcissism show decreased frontal lobe activity. It's possible that genetic predisposition combined with physical & emotional trauma causes the disorder.
