My friend told me she always bakes muffins with her leftover cranberry sauce, and I was amazed that had never occurred to me.

So I looked up a recipe for cranberry coffee cake. Will be trying that tomorrow.

This World AIDS Day, we remember the hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers lost to HIV and AIDS, and those living with HIV today. We must remind ourselves and each other that the fight isn’t over until the epidemic is over for everyone.

Such BS. Swollen ankles are one of the hallmarks of CHF. So is falling asleep constantly.

No one eats shitty food for decades, never exercises, and mainlines Adderall w/o that affecting the arteries.

Even Dr. Pepper could have given a saner diagnosis. 🙄

ICE raids are cruel, inhumane, and do nothing to serve public safety.

My responsibility is to be the mayor to each and every person that calls this city their home. That includes millions of immigrants— of which I am one.

And I’m quite sure many of the people paid to pose as Americans also make death threats against politicians they disagree with
If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

Just had lunch with a couple of friends.

Our friends, the wife is Hispanic American, and she says she doesn't like what America has become. For the first time in decades, she's going to become Canadian (her husband is Canadian).

The Trump administration's strikes in Venezuela were ordered without Congress, without transparency, and without any justification to the public. These actions are reckless, unconstitutional, and dangerous for our national security.

Because of course the guy who was sentenced to seven years in federal prison for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft got a Presidential pardon...and a job at the DOJ.

Concerns raised that another Canadian Army project is being tailored just for U.S. equipment
South Korean companies pointed out that they were not only offering industrial benefits to Canada but sovereign control over the technology. That level of control over military systems is a particular area of concern for a number of nations considering some of the issues that have emerged with U.S. equipment. Ukraine, for instance, has used HIMARS in combat against Russian forces, but earlier this year the Americans were able to reduce the effectiveness of the weapon system by limiting the flow of data and intelligence needed for its operations. “I’m hopeful that the authenticity that we talk about as being a loyal ‘Mountain Democrat’ and having that grit that we need to fight for our people can shine through,” @cherlynnforky.bsky.social tells @politico.com.
One Democrat's plan to bring back rural voters
It’s an approach that fits squarely into Democrats’ attempts to retool their economic messaging.

The thing about the new Frankenstein is that you have to watch it even though it's not great because discussing why it doesn't work is an unending well of critical thought. Being disappointed by this movie is the starting point to understanding how you feel about the entirety of contemporary film.
