Started Space Marine 2 with my son. Him on Xbox X, me on PC. It's so buggy it's unreal. Textures never loading in, 4 crashes (2 for him, 2 for me), three client drops from server (1 for him, 2 for me). Really not a great first impression when my rig is very good and his Xbox as good as we can get.

I live in Sheffield, our house is leasehold. When we bought at auction (15?) years ago our solicitor couldn't trace the owner of the freehold and we had to take out insurance. The owner must have recently died as a private company now owns it - they charge us £2.50 a year. Dread something like this.

Fascinating to watch Arc Raiders eclipse both COD and BF6 for player retention. The fact Arc Raiders' daily concurrent keeps going up - while BF6's has more than halved already - is pure word of mouth carrying it. Every match is so organic and it's so watchable.

Incredibly interested in the Tarkov launch on Steam. A peak of 21,000 is incredibly weak for pioneers of the extraction shooter. Admittedly many will play on their own client, but it's a bad start when you look at the success of Arc.
