A federal judge has ordered the Trump Justice Department to return data it seized and obtained in 2017 from a longtime friend of James Comey, concluding that prosecutors had violated Daniel Richman's constitutional rights and misused his material in their quest to indict Comey.

The father has been killed and the son is hospitalized with injuries.

I was up in the middle of the night watching Australian news coverage.
They were asking Australians on the street for their reactions, and one of them said that, prior to today, they had only seen mass shootings through American TV footage.
What a shameful and terrible legacy our country has.

What's striking about Trump's lies, and those of his apologists, is that they're not even plausible. They don't try to be plausible. As others have noted, that's kind of the point. True authoritarian control and power is telling a blatant and obvious lie, and showing you can get away with it.
